1. The seat is confirmed upon payment is received.

2. 100% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before the course date.
50% refund for cancellations made between 30 and 20 days before the course date.
Not refundable for cancellations made less than 20 days before the course date.

3. The course takes place with a minimum of 5 participants. The course is confirmed with 20 days before the course date.
If the minimum number is not reached, we offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date.
