1. The seat is confirmed upon payment is received.

2. 100% refund for cancellations made at least 21 days before the course date.
50% refund for cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the course date.
Not refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course date.

3. The course takes place with a minimum of 5 participants. The course is confirmed with 7 days before the course date.
If the minimum number is not reached, we offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date.
